W13. The role of ethnic groups in social development. / Juhee Cha
1.Summary
It critically
deals with the role of ethnic groups in Third World countries and especially in
South Asian national social development. Social development is possible only
when collective mobilization and action are taken. Under the dominant ethnic
group, other ethnic communities have become minorities without any claim in
state enterprises, as long as they cannot be claimed politically.
The role of ethnic groups in social development is gaining momentum as the new goal of social development calls for a shift of emphasis from individual to greater collective action. This paper will discuss the role of ethnic groups in social development. The term "ethnic" is used by many people with political purposes. Ethnic solidarity requires two factors. The first is the formation of specific goals or arguments defined for membership of ethnic groups in contrast to other groups in society, and the second is the ideological and organizational mobilization of collective membership for the implementation of these claims of collective solidarity. That is to say, argument formation and behavior.

2.Interesting
Point
I have seen
access to development and to relationships with various elements of society.
The view of development from the group was also interesting. When I read this
paper, the group has a great influence on social development. I think the goal
of the group for social development is to develop and demand their needs from
individuals to large groups. However, the South Asian side, which is a
relatively minority, saw no progress from the subconscious.
3. Discussion
The paper
dealt with the technic group and social development. So should a country that
is in a difficult condition to form an ethnic group be considered to have not
made social progress? If so, how can we try to form a technical group?
