The WAD paradigm emphasizes relationships with women and what they do as economic agents in the public and domestic sectors in society. It also highlights the characteristics of the role women play in maintaining and developing women's society, and purely integrating women into development efforts helps to strengthen the existing structure of inequality in societies dominated by patriarchal interests. I understand it. In general, WAD is thought to provide a more important concept of women's position compared to WID.

The WAD approach emphasizes the unique characteristics of women's knowledge, work, goals and responsibilities, and advocates for their distinction. This fact, coupled with the tendency of development agencies to be dominated by patriarchal interests, lies at the foundation of a women-only initiative introduced by WAD subscribers.

Interesting Point.

 I think the biggest enemy to feminism is the “elite women”. Because many of them have adapted to, and embodied in, an existing masculine culture. And since you've been socially successful, you can think of it as a “male woman”. Therefore, they often dismiss the feminist point of view or dismiss it as a child's cry.

Discussion.

 How can elite women solidify together and change their perceptions?
