What do they mean?

How do we benefit from them?

1. Right to life
2. Freedom from torture
3. Freedo from slavery
4. Right to a fair trial
5. Freedom from of speech
6. Freedom of thought, conscience and religion
7. Freedom of movement

I think these seven rights mostly mean basic human rights related to freedom. In the past, the concept of human rights did not exist, so many people with low status were discriminated against, even though they were the same human race. Over time, however, those who were discriminated against claimed the right not to be discriminated against, and some high-profile people claimed their liberation, giving them the concept of human rights today. In other words, the above seven rights are basic human rights on which all human beings are equally guaranteed freedom and human rights.
Therefore, we have the right to freedom through seven human rights and not to be discriminated against by other humans. In other words, the above seven human rights are free to express, and serve as a stepping stone for dreaming of a human-like life and designing a happy, quality life.
