How can we explain such a high ranking for Korea?/김윤(KIM YOON)

There are many factors behind Korea's growth as an IT powerhouse, but I think Koreans' "quickly" characteristics among them also contributed to the growth. Korea's public Wi-Fi speed and personal smartphone communication speed are much faster than other countries. Since this characteristic has been prevalent in Korea since the past, it may have been reflected in the development of IT technology, resulting in such a fast and advanced form. I also think that in line with such developments, great technologies and attempts have been combined into smartphones in various ways, urging people to buy smartphones.
