What makes modern societies more advanced than those the past?

 
     I think society has been able to develop compared to the past, with today's protests and the public voicing their criticism of the wrong social system, such as the past newspaper high schools. Because I think people's lives have gotten a little better as they struggle for the wrong part and change into what they are now. Therefore, if you want to develop a society, I think it is important to evaluate and criticize the current society with a cool and objective view.
