Simply put, World Bank is an organization that helps developing countries. Therefore, you can learn more about capital, technology, and processes for society to develop. Wikipedia is a website where you can get academic resources. Therefore, the cause and background of poverty can be identified.
I think both Wikipedia and Worldbank are useful. I think from the World Bank website that you can learn from Wikipedia the theoretical foundations of poverty and what practical “actions” are needed to create that society.
