Why are you taking this class / Seoyoung Um

The reason why I chose the “Social Development Theory” class this semester is because I will not lose my identity. When I first entered school, I was probably an information society department, but since the department was integrated into the information society media department in the following year, I think our department has significantly decreased the number of classes in sociology. I can't find any classes in sociology even in my juniors' classes. Despite the fact that the term "strict society" is in the academic name. So I want to grow even more while taking a sociology class so that I don't lose the identity of my department.


Sociology seems difficult to keep learning. So I want to supplement that part through this class.
