1. Summary

The term woman in development was coined by a network of women development experts in Washington in the early 1970s. This theory tried to deceive the existing development theory by arguing that economic development had the same effect on men and women. This is the revival of the women's movement in the 1970s and women through the liberal feminist movement was gaining momentum.However, there has been criticism that it relates the value of cash income in women's lives to women's status.
Women and development is a theoretical and practical development approach. The theory is that it was introduced in the late 1970s and can be developed with the participation of women. However, there is criticism that women will fail due to alienation.
Gender and development focused on building socially and on differences between men and women and the need to challenge existing gender roles and relationships. It started from the WID. It is not specifically related to women, but it gives roles and expectations to both male and female. However, there is criticism that they ignored the possibility of a change in ties and roles between men and women.

2. Interesting Point
Sociologically, genders are a factor that is rarely missed, and the same is true of social development. There were differences in genders in economic growth, and we found that there were various studies. What was interesting was what they said was the role of 'women' in economic development. When it comes to economic development, gender is not important, but I think it is right to play a role as a nation's country.

    I read about the labour market in developing countries with less economic development in this topic. Women saw that they could not complain about the fear of losing their jobs while working in poor working conditions (abusement, wage cuts, unsanitary conditions, etc. Judging from the high discrimination index for women's jobs in less developed countries, there is a significant relationship between gender discrimination and economic growth.
