Week 7 | Climate Change Mitigation: Near Term Solutions | Lee Jaeseong

 1. Why I chose that particular video
I enjoyed watching the movie 'Tomorrow' when I was young. I remember that the film was a film that overcame the ice age due to climate change. (I don't remember well because I watched it when I was young.) Anyway, it was a really fun movie, so I was a little interested in climate change. I think it would be quite scary if the climate changes due to environmental pollution and the ice age like the movie comes.
So I chose this video. The video was about how to find a short-term solution to climate change.

2. What did I learn from it that is relevant to our class
The content was not easy. But I tried to understand as much as I could. Among them, the solar energy that the speaker of this video firmly believed was quite interesting. It said that if solar heat is used, green house gas emissions can be reduced, which can reduce the temperature of the Earth. I could think a little bit more about solar energy. Video shows that solar energy will be more efficient than nuclear energy. I hope someday this solar energy will be used properly.
