Summary)
     Definitions on "digital gaps" vary. National Digital Inclusion Alliance uses the term digital inclusion because the term digital divide is wrong. Digital gaps appear, such as whether individuals have access to the Internet, lack of means for infrastructure, and inability to understand the information on the Internet. And the digital divide appears globally, with developing countries finding it difficult to keep up with the pace of Internet expansion in developed countries. Guardian's Supplementary Report shows the global impact of technology development restrictions in these poor countries. Digital gaps affect education, with children from wealthy families having access to a variety of information through digital devices. And the digital divide can also bring about an economic imbalance, as countries with easy digital connectivity can actively utilize their digital business to have a positive impact on the country's economy. And the digital divide is also associated with social capital because social capital can be obtained through digital interaction.
 
 
 
What's interesting, what's new?)
     I was impressed by the movement to close the digital divide in South Africa and elsewhere. South Africa has created an online indigenous digital library as part of its public library service. And after the foreign investment, Kenya also launched the National Library Service Revitalization Project. I thought it would be good to actually help narrow this gap in professional digital.
In addition, I first noticed that social capital and digital gaps were involved. In fact, these days, many individuals interact internationally and form relationships through social networks.
And it was interesting to see the digital divide in various ways, including racial gap, disability gap and gender gap.
