1. Summary
Information is communicated differently depending on the various factors. In these days when information is essential, some people do not know about technology and do not deliver basic information because they do not have access to the Internet. This discriminatory gap makes them socially distinct. This information gap will lead to social inequality, so we must narrow this gap through various support.

2. What was interesting
The digital divide affects children's ability to learn and grow in low-income school districts. Without access to the Internet, students cannot develop the skills they need to understand today's dynamic economy. In the past, the existence of Internet use was not a very important factor, but the great influence was interesting as society developed seemed to change the human development process.

3. Discussion Point
Still, countless people may be suffering from inequality due to the information gap. Also, if it is really a big problem for people when they fail to learn technology over the Internet, is it really a matter for the government to engage in business and resolve more actively?
