Q. Do you think that countries position are determined by the level of military technology they possessed? (Particularly before the 21st century?)
 
A. I think that before the 21st century, the position of the nation was determined by the level of military technology. Because, in my opinion, in those days, they put their own skills into the army. Before the 21st century, there were big wars like World Wars, and many countries invested their best skills in the military to win this war. Therefore, it was decided which military skill it had means what kind of best skill it had. Therefore, I think that depending on how advanced technology has been, it may have been determined what position the country has.
