Human rights refer to a bandit principle or norm that describes a particular standard of human behavior. This is protected by natural and legal rights in international law, generally inalienable and understood as fundamental rights. However, from a cultural relativist point of view, human rights are not all universal, and there are indeed some conflicts with some cultures. And in the case of emergencies that have a direct impact on national security, human rights in all but non-reversible human rights may be relegated to some extent, which the U.N.
The most interesting thing was the third generation of human rights, the right to peace and environmental cleanup. Basically, it was human rights as a new classification that was not included in the common human rights we knew, and it was a controversial concept that could only be applied if the human rights of the previous second generation were guaranteed, and we could see why there was still a lack of legal and political awareness.

It is true that the disclosure of information to prevent the spread of the corona virus caused excessive privacy violations. But I think this is a step that was clearly needed to protect the health of the people and their access to information. I think measures such as covering unnecessary parts of the patient's movements were necessary.
