Q. Are human rights universal? / Lee hayoung
A. Human rights are universal, and must be universal. What I say is universal is that wherever the person is, the rights to be protected and respected by any country are all the same. But the difference is the practical effectiveness of the right. Depending on the country, there are some places where rights are strictly protected and others are not. We need to strive for the protection of everyone's rights.
