Summary

Technology is being introduced into various fields, making the world rich, interesting and convenient. Unlike in the past, when people used public phone booths to call, 95 percent of adults in the United States now have their own cell phones. As a result, social networks have become much tighter and can share each other's daily lives with people far away. Also, more and more users are enjoying various games using smartphones. Technology makes us rich in many ways. However, it also includes a number of negative effects such as addiction, excessive dependence and a break in dialogue.

According to the table, there were many responses saying, "It's not right to use a phone when you're with your family." If this is true, it was surprising compared to the fact that in Korea, children talk to their families on average for 29 minutes a day at home because of their smartphones. It was also regrettable that the increase in the number of Smombie people has led to an increase in traffic accidents every year.

Q. Society is not determined by technology, nor is technology determined by society. Both emerge as two sides of the sociotechnical coin. What is meant by that? A. So to begin with, I think that society and technology are the relationships that influence each other, the concepts that one cannot include or dominate.
