Are human rights universal? / Kim Yoon(김윤)

I think human rights should be universal, but not yet fully universal. I think it should be same for all person, except for special cases such as really brutal criminals, but there are still unethical practices in some countries and some areas that promote culture. The circumcision consciousness against women, chauvinism and racism still remain tasks to be solved. Therefore, it should be resolved as soon as possible. Respect is the only way to be respected.

In Korea people are using Naver more than Google or other searching programs.  There is a competitive battle going on between Naver and Google, therefore I listed a few pros and cons of using Naver instead of Google. Are human rights universal?        Human rights are universally a basic right that everyone should be respected. The theory, however, is universal, but there are differences between people in actually respecting human rights. The scope of human rights respected depends on the country, region, etc. to which the person belongs. Still, countries like India do not legally exist, but are still discriminated against in substance. And some Arab countries are still discriminated against on the basis of gender. And the people of poor countries in Africa have nothing to eat, and there are areas where life is difficult to maintain, so human rights to life cannot be respected. In the past, China's population-restricted policies and others have made some people in China think they are not in the world because their existence is not legally registered, and they do not have human rights.
