Ageing / Kim Ami

1.     Summary

Today, medical and technological innovations have increased the life expectancy of many people as they identify and treat diseases more quickly. Childbirths are also falling in Africa as well as in Europe. As a result, the world's population is aging faster than ever. This aging phenomenon has become a problem in a number of policies, including retirement, pension, health and welfare. However, William says the elderly population has wisdom and experience in the world, which can still be an important source of income. In other words, the state says it needs to create related policies to maximize the potential of the aging population.

2.     Interesting point

I saw this article in sympathy with the sandwich generation. Indeed, the sandwich generation has a dual responsibility to support both parents and children at the same time. I thought the reason for the emergence of this generation of sandwiches was due to the lack of proper aging policies in the country.

3.     Discuission

I agree that our society is aging, but I think there is still as much of a young generation as there is. In fact, the youth generation is not getting a good job as the economy is getting worse. So what kind of policy should the country implement? Should we postpone the retirement age of the elderly?
