 Q. What are some of the major environmental problems facing our society?

 A.Although a sensitive topic, the most problematic environmental problem in the 2010s is Japan's radiation leaks. In 2011, a massive earthquake in Japan detonated a nuclear power plant in Fukushima. The dangers of radiation are probably mostly known. Even a small amount of radiation in the body causes various diseases. Typically, there is cancer.

In fact, strange phenomena caused by radiation have been found in Japan. A fish of different colors, a dying plant, etc.

Japan is not alone in the nuclear issue. There have already been a lot of really scary incidents, including the Chhernobyl incident in the past. Therefore, there were stories about the dismantlement of nuclear power plants in the 2010s. (Of course, it was realistically difficult and most countries gave up.)

In Moon Jae-in, the government of the Republic of Korea at tarwonjeon policy. It is because of environmental pollution and cost problems. The pros and cons of this are hotly debated. In fact, Doosan Group, the nation's largest company, suffered greatly from nuclear power plants.
