The Free Culture Movement is a social movement that promotes the freedom to distribute and modify other people's creative works in the form of free or public content without compensation or consent to the creators of the works using the Internet and other forms of media.The move opposes overly restrictive copyright laws. Supporters of the free culture movement argue that copyright laws prevent creativity. On the contrary, criticism of voicing opposition to the free culture movement comes from copyright supporters. So the slogan that was created was 'information wants to be free.' Free cultural movements are linked to numerous other movements and philosophies as well as free and open software movements, along with the spirit of free exchange of ideas.

I thought that the reason why the free culture movement affects social development is because knowledge can be reproduced. By allowing people to freely distribute and modify creative works, they learn how to process information properly. That would add individual ideas to the original basic creations and develop them into better creations. Knowledge is the same, so many people's knowledge becomes better knowledge when they Therefore, I thought that social development would take place.

I agree that the "WikiPedia" we are using is also a free cultural movement. Based on articles of interest, I can provide information to others by mobilizing my language and knowledge.     I agree that Wikipedia belongs to free culture movement. Anyone can access to any information in Wikipedia without permission nor payment. And anyone can edit the information and make their own article in Wikipedia. In that respect, Wikipedia is free culture movement.
