2. Achieving universal primary education
3. Promoting gender equality, empowering women
4. Reduce child mortality
5. Improving maternal health
6. Addressing HIV/AID, Malaria and Other Diseases
7. Ensuring Environmental Sustainability
8. Developing a Global Partnership for Development
There is
Sub-Saharan rice production has been successfully strengthened. I was very fortunate to learn that NERLCA, a highly harvested and adaptable strain, was developed and introduced, and that African farmers were able to produce enough rice to feed and sell their families.
Progress toward achieving the goals varies from country to country, and what efforts do most countries need to make to achieve the Millennium Development Goals?
