I think countries with nuclear weapons are more like to engage in conflicts. Many countries are now in a mood for internal and external peace. Therefore, many treaties come and go between countries for peace. But having nuclear weapons, unlike most countries, can start a war at any time, which in turn causes the destruction of world peace. Therefore, many countries have no choice but to impose sanctions on countries with nuclear weapons. In the case of North Korea, South Korea and the U.S. are constantly demanding negotiations and conducting military exercises against the North's nuclear tests, and also the U.N. is taking various measures against North Korea for its possession of nuclear weapons. Despite the dissuasion of other countries, continuing to possess nuclear weapons is like owning a peace-destroying bomb, which makes them more embroiled in disputes with neighboring countries.
