1.     Summary

Food for Hungry (FH) is a Christian international relief, development and advocacy group operating in more than 20 countries. It does it by going to the most difficult places, empowering local leaders, and "together" with them, leading the community to a place where it can flourish and stand on its own feet. When Larry Ward founded the FH, he purchased resources with a personal credit card for children dying of hunger-related causes. In addition, oral fire continued until the late 1970s, helping refugees in Bangladesh. Later, they began working in the country without first responding to humanitarian disasters through a children's sponsorship programs. They implemented development that focused on changing communities by working closely with churches, leaders and families. Countries helped by the group include Bangladesh, Bolivia and Cambodia.

2.     Interesting point

When I thought of organizations that help poor countries, I generally only thought of relief efforts to help hungry people. But the FH was interesting in itself because it seemed to be the kind of organization I had never thought of, as an organization that helped the development of poor countries beyond those activities.

3.     Discuission

What can we do for the development of the vulnerable class in the world?
