Why are you taking this class?/ Kim Seonghui

Nowadays, We can find a lot of information on the internet. And when I search for something on google, I can see the Wikipedia pages all the time. But some subjects are unable to see on Korean. Because it is just written in only English, not Korean. So when I really need to or want to read that page, I rely on the translator or my English. It was a tough time to read to know something new.

In this class, the syllabus says we are going to have some activities about Wikipedia. Like discussing, reading, writing, even translating, etc. I found these activities are really helpful to me and other people. Because there are so many things we want to share about. But sometimes we just can't because we don't have enough ability to understand or read or something. However, through the class, we can help to understand or spread the new concept, etc, using our collective intelligence.

I'm looking forward to the whole activities like learning, sharing, reading, and writing in this class. During the class, I can learn about sociology(especially about Social Development) and also improve my English skills.
