what kind of progress can you think of

in the spheres of organization and goverance?

     Some scholars viewed the implementation of the bureaucracy as progress in the organization, but many of the shortcomings of the bureaucracy were revealed afterwards. Organizations and procedures such as bureaucracy help to make work efficient and step-by-step, but they also degrade the efficiency of their work by having to go through unnecessary steps because they are so important.      
     So this is a personal idea, but I think it's rather hard to handle things efficiently when the organization gets too big. However, I think the government should take certain documented steps to maintain its integrity, even to prevent corruption. However, when setting up that systematic stage, there should be a short way to deal with urgent matters.

In Korea people are using Naver more than Google or other searching programs.  There is a competitive battle going on between Naver and Google, therefore I listed a few pros and cons of using Naver instead of Google. Are human rights universal?        Human rights are universally a basic right that everyone should be respected. The theory, however, is universal, but there are differences between people in actually respecting human rights. The scope of human rights respected depends on the country, region, etc. to which the person belongs. Still, countries like India do not legally exist, but are still discriminated against in substance. And some Arab countries are still discriminated against on the basis of gender. And the people of poor countries in Africa have nothing to eat, and there are areas where life is difficult to maintain, so human rights to life cannot be respected. In the past, China's population-restricted policies and others have made some people in China think they are not in the world because their existence is not legally registered, and they do not have human rights.
