How do you think mass production, scientific management and bureaucracy made our societies different?/김윤(KIM YOON)

Humans have relied on human labor in the past, such as the cottage industry. Through the Industrial Revolution, machines took the place of many things humans had to do. The machine took the place of tasks that might have been dangerous if they were done by humans, and handled them much more precisely and quickly than people would have done (of course, in some areas, people have a better side!). At the same time, with the development of bureaucracy, the productivity of the nation could take a systematic form. Indeed, scientific management and bureaucracy have made human life a step more convenient and could raise high efficiency. People are trying to find areas where they can be recognized, to make money, and to live a stable life. At the same time, however, excessive rationalization of this could lower productivity and lead to various corruption. There have also been frequent reports of negative cases of bureaucracy on the news from the past in Korea. Therefore, science and bureaucracy should not be overly complacent, and there should be a balance through mutual management and communication.
